1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The website www.sexxforte.com is operated by CYGURU PHARM SRL, VAT ID: 52437696. Accessing and using the website implies unreserved acceptance of the Terms and Conditions described below.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • SEXXFORTE™ – The brand and product promoted on the website.
  • Seller – The legal operator of the website.
  • Client / Buyer – any natural or legal person placing an order.
  • Product – the SEXXFORTE™ MEN dietary supplement (20 capsules).
  • Order – the electronic document that constitutes a form of distance contract.

3. PRODUCTS

SEXXFORTE™ is a dietary supplement for men, notified to the competent authorities. It is not a medicine and does not replace prescribed medical treatments. The information on the website does not substitute professional medical advice.

4. PLACING ORDERS

Orders can be placed:
  • online, directly on the website
  • via WhatsApp or by phone
  • through promotional campaigns
By placing an order, the client confirms that they are at least 18 years old.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • The price of one bottle of SEXXFORTE™ is 129 RON, VAT included.
  • Payment can be made:
    • Cash on delivery, to the courier
    • Online, by bank card
All payments are secure.

6. DELIVERY

  • Delivery is made by express courier within 24–48 business hours.
  • Delivery cost: according to the courier company’s rates
  • Products are packaged discreetly, with no visible information about the contents.

7. RETURN POLICY

According to Government Ordinance no. 34/2014, the client has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, only if:
  • the product has not been unsealed (box intact)
  • the client notifies their intention to return via email or phone
The product value will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return. Unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.

8. COPYRIGHT

All graphic elements, texts, photos, and SEXXFORTE™ logos are the property of the website operator. Copying, distribution, or use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The website operator cannot be held liable for:
  • incorrect use of the product
  • unforeseen individual reactions
  • misinterpretation of information on the website

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held responsible for failure to fulfill contractual obligations caused by force majeure events.

11. DISPUTES

Any dispute will be resolved amicably. If not possible, the case will be brought before the competent courts in Romania.
